Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper.
  3. In a large baking dish, place the chicken breasts. Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken, and turn to coat evenly.
