Ingredients

  • 6 turkey hot dogs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • Optional Toppings: diced tomatoes, diced onions, shredded lettuce, tahini sauce, hummus, feta cheese, pickled cucumbers

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the turkey dogs to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey dogs are browned and cooked through.
  4. Place the turkey dogs in the hot dog buns and top with desired toppings.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
