Ingredients
- 6 turkey hot dogs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 hot dog buns
- Optional Toppings: diced tomatoes, diced onions, shredded lettuce, tahini sauce, hummus, feta cheese, pickled cucumbers
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the turkey dogs to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey dogs are browned and cooked through.
- Place the turkey dogs in the hot dog buns and top with desired toppings.
- Serve and enjoy!
