Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and granulated sugar. Gently stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, layer the angel food cake cubes, berry mixture, and cream mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Sprinkle the top of the trifle with confectioners’ sugar.
- Place the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
