Ingredients

  • 4 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup raspberry balsamic syrup
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Arrange the peach halves in a baking dish. Place the slices of burrata cheese on top of each peach half.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped basil over the top of the dish. Drizzle the raspberry balsamic syrup over the dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the peaches are softened and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
