Ingredients
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 ounces burrata cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup raspberry balsamic syrup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Arrange the peach halves in a baking dish. Place the slices of burrata cheese on top of each peach half.
- Sprinkle the chopped basil over the top of the dish. Drizzle the raspberry balsamic syrup over the dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the peaches are softened and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
