Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
- Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic, onion, carrots, mushrooms, and snow peas, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the peanuts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve over steamed rice.
