Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound of pasta of your choice
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook until just pink, about 3 minutes. Add the white wine and cook for 1 minute.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the shrimp mixture. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
