Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add the coconut milk, warm water, and melted butter and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
- Place the balls onto a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
