Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the coconut milk, warm water, and melted butter and stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
  6. Place the balls onto a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
