Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 3-4 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small squares or circles.
  3. Place the pastry shapes on the baking sheet.
