Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 6 leaves of lettuce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each slice of bacon into 2-inch pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the bacon in the oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
