Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup white onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups peaches, peeled, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the jalapenos, onions, and brown sugar and stir to combine.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and peaches and stir to combine.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and stir to combine.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  9. Remove from heat and let cool.
  10. Transfer to a jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
