Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm or extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 bunch of watercress, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed tofu, tuna, and watercress.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tofu mixture and gently toss to combine.
