Ingredients

  • 1 Pie Crust
  • 2 medium Zucchinis, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Pour the zucchini mixture into the pie plate. Spread evenly.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and flour. Mix until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the topping over the zucchini mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
