Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1/2 cup finely diced bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, onion, bread crumbs, celery, bell pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, egg, and ketchup.
- Form mixture into a loaf in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and flour. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
- Pour gravy over meatloaf and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
