Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/2 cup finely diced bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, onion, bread crumbs, celery, bell pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, egg, and ketchup.
  3. Form mixture into a loaf in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  5. In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and flour. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Pour gravy over meatloaf and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
