Ingredients

  • 1 liter of chilled ginger ale
  • 1 liter of chilled sparkling white grape juice
  • 1 liter of chilled orange juice
  • 1/2 liter of chilled cranberry juice
  • 1/2 liter of chilled pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice

Directions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the ginger ale, white grape juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and cardamom. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the lemon and lime juice, and stir to combine.
  3. Chill the punch for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve over ice in glasses or cups.
