Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until just pink, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add snow peas and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice.
