Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 bratwursts
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the thyme, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and nutmeg and stir to combine.
- Add the bratwursts to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot.
