Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- ¼ cup honey
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Wash and dry sweet potatoes. Cut into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potato slices, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

- Bake for 15 minutes, flip the slices, and bake for 10-15 minutes more, until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, combine honey and melted butter.
- Brush the honey butter mixture on the chips.
