Ingredients
- 4 (5-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season generously with Creole seasoning on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
