Ingredients

  • 4 (5-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season generously with Creole seasoning on both sides.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
