Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cold water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon

Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add the cold water and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
Add the cabbage, green onion, mushrooms and bacon to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Pour the batter over the vegetables and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown and the top is set.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve with okonomiyaki sauce, Japanese mayonnaise and bonito flakes (optional).
