Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano and salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the tilapia fillets on both sides with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the coated tilapia to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Flip the tilapia and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove skillet from heat and drizzle lemon juice over the tilapia.
  8. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
