In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the prepared dishes.
Carefully crack an egg into each dish. Place the dishes on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
