Directions

  3. Place the pot over high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil. Once the water has reached a boil, remove the pot from the heat.
  4. Let the eggs sit in the pot for 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water and let them sit for at least five minutes.
  6. Gently tap the eggs on a hard surface, such as the counter, to crack the shell.
  7. Peel the eggs and enjoy!
