Directions
- Place eggs in a medium-sized pot.
- Fill the pot with cold water, about one inch above the eggs.
- Place the pot over high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil. Once the water has reached a boil, remove the pot from the heat.
- Let the eggs sit in the pot for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water and let them sit for at least five minutes.
- Gently tap the eggs on a hard surface, such as the counter, to crack the shell.
- Peel the eggs and enjoy!
