Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 mangos, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mango, bell pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Thread the chicken and mango onto skewers, alternating the pieces. Place on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and mango is slightly charred.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined.
  5. Serve the kabobs with the dipping sauce.
