Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 mangos, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mango, bell pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Thread the chicken and mango onto skewers, alternating the pieces. Place on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and mango is slightly charred.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined.
- Serve the kabobs with the dipping sauce.
