Ingredients

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Add the hot coffee and Scotch whiskey and mix until combined.
Pour the batter into two 9-inch round cake pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
To make the frosting, cream together the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
Add the powdered sugar and Scotch whiskey and mix until combined.
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake layers and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Serve and enjoy!
