Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 (24 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) package lasagna noodles
- 1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain fat. Add garlic, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce. Arrange 6 lasagna noodles over sauce.
- In a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spread over noodles.
- Top with remaining sauce and noodles. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
