- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, pepper, and oil. Stir to combine.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
