Ingredients
- 1 cup of chopped, unsalted walnuts
- 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the walnuts, chocolate chips, orange marmalade and coconut.
- Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the finished orange balls on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
