Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chopped, unsalted walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the walnuts, chocolate chips, orange marmalade and coconut.
  2. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Place the finished orange balls on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
