Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup diced pears
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups plain yogurt
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, raisins, walnuts, almonds, apples, and pears.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey and lemon juice.
- Pour the honey and lemon juice mixture over the oats and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Add the yogurt and stir until everything is well combined.
- Serve in individual bowls, or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
