Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup diced apples
  • 1/4 cup diced pears
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups plain yogurt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, raisins, walnuts, almonds, apples, and pears.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the honey and lemon juice mixture over the oats and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Add the yogurt and stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Serve in individual bowls, or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
