Ingredients
- 4 cups of chopped carrots
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine carrots, butter, brown sugar, pecans, raisins, and cinnamon.
- Mix until combined.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
