Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
In a large bowl, combine spaghetti, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Pour into prepared baking dish, and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
