Ingredients
- 1 lb octopus, cleaned and chopped
- 1 lb bacon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the octopus, bread crumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until evenly combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay a slice of bacon on the parchment paper and place a heaping tablespoon of the octopus mixture in the center of the bacon.
- Wrap the bacon around the octopus mixture and secure with toothpicks.
- Repeat with the remaining bacon and octopus mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
