Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Spread the cranberries, walnuts, and sugar onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the cranberries, walnuts, and sugar to a medium size saucepan.
- Add the maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
