Ingredients
2 cups mascarpone cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup espresso liqueur
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 package Italian ladyfingers
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, liqueur, cocoa powder and cinnamon until combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, vanilla and almond extracts until soft peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
In a 9x13 inch pan, layer half of the ladyfingers in the bottom and spoon half of the coffee over the ladyfingers.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and coffee, then top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Serve the tiramisu chilled.
