Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Melt butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
- Dip the chicken breasts in the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
