Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup protein powder

  • 1/4 cup raisins, dried cranberries, or other dried fruit

Directions

  1. Combine the oats, nut butter, honey, protein powder, flaxseed, and chopped nuts in a medium bowl and stir until everything is evenly combined.
  2. Spread the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  3. Press down firmly with a spatula or your hands to ensure that everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Sprinkle the top with raisins, dried cranberries, or other dried fruit.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
