Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Mix sour cream and spread over cheesecake.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool completely before serving.
