Ingredients
- 1 packet of graham crackers, about 10-12 pieces
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 2 packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Topping of your choice (chocolate chips, fresh fruit, etc.)
Directions
- In a food processor, pulse the graham crackers until they are a fine crumb.
- Add the melted butter and pulse until combined.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch spring-form pan.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the spring-form pan over the crust.
- Spread the topping of your choice over the cheesecake and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
