Caramel Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
• 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and confectioners’ sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add the corn syrup, caramel topping, salt, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
3. Spread the frosting onto cooled cakes or cupcakes.
