- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well blended.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade, and coat them thoroughly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet, and bake them in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey and the remaining marinade. Cook and stir until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
- Remove the chicken wings from the oven, and brush them with the honey-marinade mixture. Return the wings to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
