Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Add the corn mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Interesting Facts
This casserole is great for potlucks and is a great way to use up leftovers.
You can also use canned corn in place of frozen.
You can also add other ingredients such as diced bell peppers, jalapenos, or cooked bacon.
