Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 24 won-ton wrappers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C). Grease a 24 cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese and shredded cheese. Set aside.
  5. Press a won-ton wrapper into each muffin cup. Divide the mushroom mixture among the won-ton wrappers. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
