Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, garlic, mustard, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
