Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, garlic, mustard, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
