- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 cup chorizo seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 cup diced garlic
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pan or skillet, heat up the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the ground turkey and chorizo seasoning to the pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked through.
- Add the diced tomatoes, cilantro, white wine, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides or as an appetizer with chips and salsa.
