  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup chorizo seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced garlic
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large pan or skillet, heat up the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onions, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Add the ground turkey and chorizo seasoning to the pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked through.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, cilantro, white wine, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides or as an appetizer with chips and salsa.
