Ingredients

  • 1 package of flour tortillas
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture onto a flour tortilla.
  4. Top with diced tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, and shredded cheese.
  5. Roll up the tortilla and place on a baking sheet seam side down.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm with optional toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.
