Ingredients
- 1 package of flour tortillas
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture onto a flour tortilla.
- Top with diced tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, and shredded cheese.
- Roll up the tortilla and place on a baking sheet seam side down.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with optional toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.
