Ingredients
1 package of flour tortillas
1 cup of cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
1/2 cup of sliced black olives
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture onto a flour tortilla.
Top with diced tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, and shredded cheese.
Roll up the tortilla and place on a baking sheet seam side down.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with optional toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.
