Ingredients
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a combination)
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a large baking sheet with oil or cooking spray.
- Roll out the pizza dough to fit the baking sheet. Place it on the baking sheet and spread the salsa over the dough. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the salsa.
- Sprinkle the bell peppers, black beans, corn kernels, tomatoes, black olives, jalapenos, and green onions over the cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole. Slice and serve.
