1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Add the basil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
Serve immediately.
