Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Add the basil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately.
