Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup vegan rose essence
  • 1/2 cup vegan sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together coconut cream, rose essence, sugar, and vanilla extract until blended.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil and whisk until blended.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the meringues have set and are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
