Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together coconut cream, rose essence, sugar, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Add the melted coconut oil and whisk until blended.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the meringues have set and are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
