Ingredients

  • 4 (6-ounce) wild salmon fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  4. Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
