Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Clean the portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, oregano, dried basil, thyme, pepper, and salt.
- Brush the mushrooms all over with the garlic mixture.
- Place the mushrooms on the preheated grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until tender.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the parsley, fresh basil, 1/4 cup olive oil, and 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar.
- Serve the grilled mushrooms with the herb sauce.
