Ingredients
- 3 Apples, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup White sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the apples, caramel sauce, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the top of the custard and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until custard is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
